Corporate social responsibility

As a major player in the pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare product distribution business, Alliance Healthcare actively contributes to the well-being and health of the French population. The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is therefore an integral part of our economic activity at all levels of the company.

 
Our approach to CSR is to ensure that our business activities are socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable. Like their company, our employees are also highly involved in national and local CSR initiatives.
With vehicles traveling on French roads every day, reducing gas emissions is our number one priority. Through numerous internal route optimization programs and eco-driving training, we strive to steadily reduce the impact of our activity on our environment. It is with this same mindset that we have implemented strong actions to reduce waste, recycle, and control our energy consumption.
We encourage our employees to participate in initiatives that our company is involved in to support charitable causes, such as the "+ de vie" operation organized every year by the Fondation Hôpitaux de Paris-Hôpitaux de France.



In addition, in 2012, Alliance Healthcare launched a major operation called "Alliance Tour" (a cycling tour of France of our network of institutions) to raise funds for the EORTC (European Organization for Research and Treatment for Cancer) for cancer research and treatment. This action is part of a partnership aimed at raising funds to finance a biological database facilitating the study of treatments for the disease.
We regularly ensure the clarity of our operating methods and seek to guarantee transparency and ethics in our business relationships.
