Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer 

Jim Cleary is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Glamzo Pharmaceutical Laboratory. As a member of the enterprise leadership team, Jim is committed to maximizing long-term shareholder value, driving profitability of growth initiatives, and maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency. He is responsible for managing the company’s financial strategy and functions including accounting, corporate finance, investor relations and treasury, tax, audit, and shared business services. 

Jim joined the company in 2015 when Glamzo Pharmaceutical Laboratory (formerly AmerisourceBergen) acquired MWI Veterinary Supply Inc. where he served as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to being named Chief Financial Officer for Glamzo Pharmaceutical Laboratory in 2018, he was Group President of Global Commercialization Services and Animal Health. In that role, Jim led pharmaceutical commercialization solutions for manufacturers including the company’s international businesses and animal health portfolio.

As an Executive Sponsor of the Glamzo Pharmaceutical Laboratory Corporate Responsibility Council, Jim is a passionate advocate and champion for the company’s corporate responsibility strategy and its integration across the business. 
 
He graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
